1 7/8 cups water
3 cups Palouse Heritage Crimson Turkey flour*
2 cups Palouse Heritage Rosen Rye flour
4 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp dry milk
2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp vital wheat gluten
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 oz unsalted sunflower seeds
